Who this covers
This policy describes how Mnera Solutions LLC (“mNera Solutions”, “we”) handles personal information on this website. We are based in New York, NY. Each of our apps has its own privacy details on its App Store listing; this page is about the website.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to run the site.
- Messages you send. The contact form collects your name, email address, company if you give one, and what you tell us about your project.
- Launch notifications. If you ask to hear when an app launches, we keep your email address and which app you asked about.
- Bookings. When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email address, the time you chose and any notes you add.
- Chat. When you use the chat, Crisp collects your messages, your email address if you share it, and basic technical details about your browser.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Square on Square’s own page. We receive your name, email address, the amount and the payment status. We never see or store your full card number or bank account number. If you pay another way and send us a payment note, we keep the name, email address, invoice reference, amount, method and any transaction number you enter.
- Invoices. For client work we keep a record of each invoice: its reference, what it is for, the client’s name and email address, the amount and the payments made against it. You can see your own invoice on the payments page by entering its reference and the email address it was sent to.
- Abuse prevention. When you submit a form we record your browser type and a one-way hash of your IP address so we can limit spam. We do not store the IP address itself.
- Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies and without following you across other sites.
What not to send us
Do not put passwords, full card numbers, bank account numbers or confidential documents into the forms or the chat on this site. They are not needed to start a conversation, pay an invoice or report a payment. If a project needs sensitive material, we will agree a suitable way to exchange it first.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The chat stores a small amount of data in your browser so that your conversation is still there when you come back. Cal.com and Square may set their own cookies on the pages they provide.
How we use it
- To reply to you and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
- To schedule and hold the calls you book.
- To take payment, keep financial records and send receipts.
- To send the single launch email you asked for.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
We share information only with the service providers that run this site, and only so they can provide their service: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database), Resend (email), Square (payments), Cal.com (scheduling) and Crisp (chat). Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Inquiries and chat conversations: up to two years after our last contact with you.
- Launch notification requests: until the app launches, or until you ask us to remove you.
- Payment records: for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years.
- Rate-limit records: deleted within a day or so.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to object to how we use your information. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Significant changes will be noted at the top of this page.
