Agreement
This website is operated by Mnera Solutions LLC (“mNera Solutions”, “we”), based in New York, NY. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Client work
Design, development, AI implementation and training services are provided under a written proposal or agreement that you and we both accept before work starts. That document sets the scope, timeline, price, payment schedule and ownership of the work. Where it differs from these terms, it controls.
Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work at a particular price. A discovery call does not create an engagement.
AI systems and training
AI systems can produce output that is wrong or incomplete. Work we deliver that uses AI is designed so that a person reviews the steps that matter, and you remain responsible for the decisions your business makes with it and for checking its output before you rely on it.
Many AI tools are provided by other companies under their own terms and prices, which can change. Training describes how those tools behave when the session is given. Examples on this site of work AI can take on are illustrations, not a promise of a particular result for your business.
Payments
Payments made on this site are processed by Square. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply, which are added at checkout where required. When you pay an invoice here, the amount owed comes from our record of that invoice: its total, less the payments already received. You may pay the balance or part of it. Where an invoice is not yet in our records, you are responsible for entering the reference and amount shown on it.
A payment by bank debit can take several business days to clear and is not complete until it does. If you pay another way, such as Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or a bank transfer, that service’s own terms and fees apply, and the payment counts once it has arrived in our account. A payment note sent through this site tells us to look for your payment; it is not a payment and not a receipt.
A subscription renews at the price and interval shown when you subscribed until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked on the payments page.
Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Apps you download from the App Store are licensed to you under Apple’s standard license agreement unless the app states otherwise, and purchases made in those apps are handled by Apple.
Software bought directly on this site is licensed, not sold. Unless a separate license comes with it, you may use it for your own personal or internal business purposes, and you may not resell, redistribute or reverse engineer it.
